Frequently Asked Questions

Pricing and timelines

On the basis of a bill of quantities and a cost estimate: materials and labour costed separately. We provide an indicative budget after a site survey and once we have the input data.

It depends on the floor area and the number of systems. The contract includes a stage-by-stage schedule — and that is the schedule we work to.

Changes are a normal part of construction. Every change is recorded in writing, stating its scope, cost and effect on the schedule. We do not alter the works on a verbal agreement.

Services and scope

We design and install every engineering system in a building: electrical systems, heating and cooling, ventilation, plumbing and drainage, fire protection and low-voltage systems, building management systems and solar energy.

Both. We can take on the full cycle or a single part — if you already have a design, we can carry out the installation works only.

Yes. We first review the design and give you our comments in writing — finding a flaw before installation is always cheaper than correcting it afterwards.

Yes. Several trades usually work on site at the same time — we agree the schedule with the general contractor and resolve route clashes in advance.

Yes. We plan the works in stages, section by section, or outside business hours, so that disruption to day-to-day operations stays minimal.

Yes, across Georgia. For regional projects, logistics are agreed separately.

Handover and warranty

As-built drawings, equipment passports and certificates, measurement and test reports — insulation resistance, earthing, air flow rates, hydraulic testing — and operating instructions.

Installation works are covered by a 1 to 5-year warranty, depending on the type of work and project specifications. Equipment is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.

Us, directly. This is where a single contractor pays off — you do not have to work out whether it was the designer’s fault or the installer’s.

To begin we need the floor area, the building type and, if available, the architectural plan. On that basis we define the scope of works and prepare an indicative assessment. The first consultation is free.

If you can’t find the answer to your question here, send us a message and we’ll get back to you shortly.
