PrimeCore Engineering is an engineering company that manages the full cycle of building engineering systems — from design through installation, testing and handover.
We work on retail, office, industrial, hospitality and residential facilities — both in new construction and in buildings already in use.

The quality of an engineering project does not rest on good design alone, or on good installation alone — what decides it is how well those two stages work together.
At PrimeCore Engineering, design and execution are run by one team. The client has a single responsible partner who sees the whole picture and is accountable for the final result.
Systems that work in agreement with each other
Electrical, ventilation, heating, cooling and plumbing are all part of one building — so we do not treat them separately.
We start coordinating the systems at the design stage: cable routes, ducts and pipework are laid out in advance, checked for compatibility, and technical space is allowed for both installation and later servicing.
Our aim is to find the problem during design — not once the work has already started.
A handover the result confirms
For us a project is not finished simply because the installation is finished.
Every system is inspected, tested, balanced and recorded in the relevant documentation. Where required, instrument measurements and tests are carried out — among them insulation resistance and earthing parameters, air flow verification and system balancing, and hydraulic testing of pipework.
The client receives not simply an installed system, but a verified and documented result. For us the documentation is part of the work — not an additional service.
When the building has to keep running
Engineering works in an operating retail, office or other commercial facility call for extra precision — shutting down a business is not always an option.
On such projects we plan the works in advance: in stages, section by section, or outside business hours, so that disruption to day-to-day operations stays minimal.
