Poorly balanced ventilation is the most common source of complaints — noise, doors pulling, stale air. That is a balancing issue, not a capacity one, so we measure air flow at every terminal before handover.

What it includes
  • Air balance calculations and supply/exhaust systems
  • Heat recovery units
  • Kitchen process exhaust, grease filters and hoods
  • Car park ventilation with CO monitoring
  • Exhaust for wet rooms and technical spaces
  • Smoke extraction, smoke control and escape route pressurisation
  • Fabrication and installation of galvanised and flexible ductwork
  • Silencers, fire dampers and diffusers
  • Tightness testing, air flow measurement and final balancing

On handover you receive: air flow measurement report per terminal · tightness certificate · as-built drawings

Design and installation of building engineering systems — from the first drawing to full handover.
